Refund policy
All returns for refunds (no exceptions) are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except special proprietary orders, which have a restocking fee of up to 50%. Please note that Dell and HP Special Items are non-refundable. Please make sure you are ordering the correct part. Shipping and Handling are refundable. Customer has to pay for return shipping, and he can mail the item back to the return address on invoice/box. It is recommended to contact support to get the Authorization number for refunds within 15 days from the date of delivery/purchase. No refunds or returns for refunds after 15 days from the date of delivery/purchase. There is FREE SHIPPING on some items. Note: Free shipping does cost us, and we are not a freight company and it is not free for us. Returns made for refunds/credit/anything will be deducted for that amount.
